Protecting our people: at Gammaplast, every effort is dedicated to ensuring the health and safety of our collaborators. We have also adopted an internal compliance model aligned with Legislative Decree 231/2001, allowing us to operate with transparency and integrity.
Technology at our service: We use MES and ERP systems to plan, monitor and optimise our processes in real time. Thanks to data collection and Business Intelligence tools, we make informed, data-driven decisions to continuously improve our operations.
Advanced Control Room: Our control room is equipped with all the necessary tools to inspect moulds and moulded parts with precision and accuracy. Our equipment includes various measuring instruments, a light booth, magnifiers and a ZEISS precision measuring machine that enables 3D scans and digital comparison with reference models, identifying any deviations in real time.
Environmental commitment: We strongly believe in reducing our environmental impact. We use 100% renewable energy and have obtained ISCC PLUS certification for the sustainability of the raw materials used in some of our products. These and other actions support a more sustainable and responsible production process.
Quality as a priority: Our Quality Management System has been ISO 9001 certified since 2019, ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability in our products and services.
