Opened in 2003, the department for automatic assembly and threading has grown steadily and, in synergy with the Tool Shop, has become a small laboratory of industrial automation.

This has added significant value to the company’s offering: when a plastic part needs to be assembled with inserts or mechanical components, Gammaplast is able to deliver a finished product.

After over twenty years of experience in traditional automation, the company sought greater flexibility and developed a modular component assembly system – overcoming the typical constraints of dedicated equipment designed for a single product.
