The moulding department features 28 Arburg injection moulding machines, all fully equipped to ensure high production performance. Over the years, the machine fleet has evolved to handle small and medium-sized parts, with clamping forces ranging from 30 T to 320 T, now including state-of-the-art electric presses.
Ongoing updates on materials, combined with technical know-how, allow us to produce high-tech applications and processes – including advanced trials in weight-reduction and metal replacement.
“We have always moulded reinforced materials with short fibre, and since 2012 we have managed the overmoulding of composite laminates – using both glass and carbon fibre – for bi-material applications.”

Thanks to the use of industrial automation and customised robotics (in-process automation), Gammaplast can implement a wide range of applications, meeting both technical and aesthetic requirements.
We have also recently introduced a metrology room that allows us to perform precise 3D measurements, providing higher quality standards for our clients.
A new challenge we are currently addressing is the production of food-contact parts. Improvement plans are in place to upgrade our processes to meet all the required compliance standards for this important sector.
